Language in Classrooms (Discussion)

I’ve always been curious if German universities speak German or English? I know English is considered the “global language” but is it specific to schools or is it pretty common? Can you pick?

I know quite a few German’s and while they do know English it isn’t their strongest language. They would obviously prefer learning their program in German rather than English.

One of the attracts of studying abroad is the fact that you go there to learn a new language…

Most of the courses in German universities are held in the German language, burt there are quite a few universities that provide courses in the English language. There are even quite a few universities that do ALL their teaching and coaching in English, here you have to mention especially the so called “international universities” that provide international MBA-studies.
