    Hey,

Before applying to any German University you are required to clear the DSH language proficiency test instead of IELTS in order to prove your command over the German language. Only if the medium of instruction is German whereas if the courses begin with English as a medium of instruction. Students need an Indian undergraduate degree to qualify. Some universities also accept the three years Indian Bachelors degree.
Admission to programmes in Germany are granted on the basis of previous academic record. However, for some engineering programmes require a GRE score. You will need to check the requirements of the university you are applying to.
The TOEFL is a standard test required for programmes that have English as a medium of instruction. You should target 1200+.

You can check up the following institutes:

    University of Applied Sciences Esslingen

    University of Siegen

    RWTH Aachen University

    Ravensburg-Weingarten University of Applied Sciences

    University of Duisburg-Essen
Masters degree is 2 year duration in Germany. Tuition fees in German university can be waved off if you get DAAD scholarship. Then you need to pay only the living cost. For admission to Masters degree, you need to fill application form of the concern university(Form can be down loaded from University website),along with that you need to submit all academics, 2 Recommendation letters from teacher/lecturer(lor) & Statement of Purpose(SOP) & need to submit it to International office of concern University.
